• Plant dyeing workshop

  Times: 9.30am-12.30pm

  Introduction to natural plant dyes, learn how to use natural plant dyes in this 3 hour workshop hosted by Dorset Wool.

  Hosted at Penally, Cheselbourne, DT2 7NW. Please note: venue is not suitable for wheelchairs.

  An upcycling workshop for those aged under 25 years old. Learn new sewing skills and use your creativity to rework old garments. Materials and garments provided, beginners welcome.

MEET YOUR HOSTS:

From opposite ends of the county, Jennifer Morisetti (Defashion Dorset) and Adele Keeley are bringing together Threads of Resistance from across Dorset at a show stopping Fashion Show in Bournemouth on Sun 27th September, as well as a range of events across the week.

Hub activities are also led by Sustainable Dorset and the costume department at the Arts University Bournemouth and Sustainable Dorset.Arts University Bournemouth.
