Learn how to mend your favourite knits with creative woven darning. A traditional technique that celebrates the damage your clothing collects and reduces the clothing sent to landfill.
All materials are provided: just bring your own item of clothing to mend or decorate; darning can be applied to woven items but works best on knitwear.
It is recommended that you bring an item that has a small area to repair to start with or something that you are happy to practise on. This workshop is suitable for beginners and sewing enthusiasts alike.
Hosted by Skye Pennant of Slow Stitch Club.
Location: Millie Moon, 24-25 Catherine Hill, Frome BA11 1BY
Tickets: £36, book tickets here.
